If you’ve ever asked yourself any of the following questions, you’re in the right place:
- “How can you become the best and strongest version of yourself?”
- “How can you attack each day with purpose, enthusiasm, and vitality?”
- “How can you be exceptional at work and outside of work?”
Hi, my name is Pete Leibman. I’m the creator of StrongerHabits.com, and the bestselling author of Work Stronger; Habits for More Energy, Less Stress, and Higher Performance at Work.
Today’s world encourages excessive multi-tasking, insufficient down-time, and unhealthy habits. Each of these leads to less energy, more stress, and lower performance. My mission is to help you overcome the challenges of today’s 24/7 world, so that you can become the strongest and highest-performing person that you can be.
One of my core beliefs is that each of us can be so much stronger than we realize: stronger physically, stronger mentally, and stronger psychologically.
How do you get stronger? Well, you don’t need more willpower, more time, or different genetics. You simply need stronger habits.
I created this web site to share practical ideas that are based on personal experience, interviews with high performers, and analysis of the latest scientific research. My articles have been viewed over 500,000 times. I hope you find them valuable as well!
After transforming my body at the end of high school through strength training and better eating habits, I became obsessed with seeing what else could be improved. Since then, I’ve completed a degree in Psychology at Johns Hopkins University and spent more than fifteen years studying a range of topics related to motivation, habits, and high performance.
Most of my career has been spent in the business world, maybe like you. These days, I create educational content for this site and others, and I work with companies who want to help their people thrive. For the five years before Work Stronger was published, I worked as an executive recruiter at Heidrick & Struggles, one of the world’s premier executive search firms. At H&S, my main responsibility was to identify, interview, and assess executives for leadership roles.
In my free time, I teach HIIT Sports Conditioning classes, and compete in fitness challenges, including the Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) World Championships. I also volunteer with Back On My Feet, a non-profit that uses fitness and community to help homeless people get their lives back on track.
