Hi, my name is Pete Leibman, and I’m the Creator of StrongerHabits.com. One of my core beliefs is that each of us can be so much stronger than we realize: stronger physically, stronger mentally, and stronger psychologically.
If you want to get stronger, you don’t need more willpower, more time, or different genetics. You simply need stronger habits. Luck determines where you start. Habits determine where you finish.

After transforming my body at the end of high school through strength training and better eating habits, I became obsessed with seeing what else could be improved. Since then, I’ve completed a degree in Psychology at Johns Hopkins University and spent more than fifteen years studying a range of topics related to motivation, habits, and high performance. This web site is a way to share some of the lessons that I have learned along the way. Here are some other facts about me:
Author and Speaker: I’m the author of two books and over 150 articles and have been invited to speak at companies, conferences, and colleges throughout the U.S.
Executive Recruiter: My day job is executive recruiting. I’m the Founder of Stronger Talent, a boutique executive recruiting firm for innovative fitness, wellness, and sports companies. Previously, I worked at Heidrick & Struggles, one of the world’s premier executive recruiting firms.
Former NBA Employee: My career began in pro sports working for the NBA’s Washington Wizards. I was their #1 Salesperson for three straight years and also created the team’s Sports Careers Day, an event attended by over 25,000 people.
Athlete and Fitness Coach: I love to work out and have competed in many obstacle course races, including the Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) World Championships. In my free time, I teach Sports Conditioning classes and volunteer with Back On My Feet (BOMF), a non-profit that uses fitness and social support to help homeless people get their lives back on track.
