Hi, my name is Pete Leibman, and I’m the Creator of StrongerHabits.com.
After transforming my body at the end of high school through strength training and better eating habits, I became obsessed with seeing what else could be improved. Since then, I’ve completed a degree in Psychology at Johns Hopkins University and spent two decades studying a wide range of topics related to habits, motivation, and peak performance. This web site is a way to share some of the lessons that I have learned (and continue to learn) along the way. Here are some other facts about me:
Author and Speaker: I’m the author of two books and over 250 articles and have been invited to speak at companies, conferences, and colleges throughout the U.S. My work has been featured on Fox News, CBS Radio, and CNNMoney.com. Over 500,000 people across the world have read my articles.
Peak Performance Coach: I help high achievers master their habits, so they can perform even better. I’ve worked one-on-one and in groups with hundreds of people over the last two decades.
Executive Recruiter: During my career, I’ve interviewed and assessed hundreds of executives and helped public, private, and venture-backed companies fill key roles at the Board, C-Suite, and VP levels.
Former NBA Employee: My career began in pro sports working for the NBA’s Washington Wizards. I was their #1 Salesperson for three straight years and also created the team’s Sports Careers Day, an event attended by over 25,000 people.
Competitive Athlete: I’ve competed in elite fitness challenges, including the Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) World Championships, an international event with athletes from over 40 countries.
Community Volunteer: In my free time, I teach Sports Conditioning classes in my city and volunteer with Back On My Feet (BOMF), a non-profit that uses fitness and social support to help homeless people get their lives back on track.
